รมว.พลังงาน สั่ง สนพ. สรุปผลกระทบและทางออกการระงับ 65 โครงการมาบตาพุด ขณะที่ภาคอุตสาหกรรมวอนรัฐบาลเร่งออกมาตรการตามมาตรา 67 วรรค 2 โดยเร็ว
นพ.วรรณรัตน์ ชาญนุกูล รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงพลังงาน เปิดเผยว่า ได้ส่งรายงานสถานะและผลกระทบจากปัญหาการฟ้องร้องคดีมาบตาพุด ไปยังสำนักงานคณะกรรมการพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ พร้อมทั้งได้สั่งให้สำนักงานนโยบายและแผนพลังงาน สรุปผลกระทบที่จะเกิดขึ้น และหาทางออกของการแก้ปัญหาทั้งหมดว่าเป็นอย่างไร โดยเฉพาะปัญหาขาดแคลนแอลพีจี ปัญหาสถานะเงินกองทุนพลังงาน ที่ต้องเข้ามาอุดหนุนการนำเข้าก๊าซแอลพีจีเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งกระทรวงพลังงานขอยืนยันจุดยืนว่า ไม่ต้องการเห็นกองทุนติดลบหรือเป็นหนี้ เพราะนั่นหมายถึงประชาชนผู้ใช้น้ำมันต้องมาร่วมแบกภาระเพิ่มขึ้น ดังนั้น หากจะเป็น ก็อาจจะต้องปรับขึ้นราคาก๊าซหุงต้มก่อนกำหนดเดิม ที่จะตรึงราคาไว้ถึงเดือนสิงหาคม 2553
ด้าน นายชายน้อย เผื่อนโกสุม ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร และกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท ปตท. อะโรเมติกส์และการกลั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) กล่าวถึงทางออกของการระงับ 65 โครงการมาบตาพุด ว่า ภาคอุตสาหกรรมยอมเพิ่มลงทุนเพื่อดูแลด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดีกว่าในระยะยาวและไม่ปฏิเสธที่จะดำเนินการตามรัฐธรรมนูญมาตรา 67 วรรค 2 ซึ่งที่ผ่านมาได้ทำตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่รัฐบาลกำหนดไว้ทุกอย่าง
สำหรับโครงการที่ยังถูกศาลปกครองสูงสุดระงับอีก 65 โครงการนั้น การหยุดก่อสร้างไม่น่าจะช่วยลดมลพิษลงได้ ซึ่งภาคอุตสาหกรรมน้อมรับการออกกฎเกณฑ์ต่าง ๆ ที่เข้มงวดขึ้น พร้อมลงทุนแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม แต่อยากวิงวอนภาครัฐให้เร่งออกมาตรการตามรัฐธรรมนูญมาตรา 67 วรรค 2 โดยเร็ว.
